In 1963, Pat founded his first construction company in Connecticut. During those early years, Pat developed an eye for integrating each element in the building process - topography, design, construction, and landscaping - to achieve the desired high-quality results. During his 31-year career in Connecticut, Pat earned a solid reputation for his unique ability to marry the land with his designs.

Pat and Donna married in 1991 and relocated to Naples in early 1994 and started their company, Cornerstone Developers. Donna's previous knowledge of residential design with her unique flair, previous sales and marketing experience complement each other's talent. Their teamwork has resulted in industry recognition and preferred builder status from Naples to Marco Island.
